It is very nice of Capital One to offer me money but your practices are wasteful. Today I got not one but two separate letters with blank checks one; one has no transaction fees at 13.9% and the other with a fee at 5.99%. maybe if you consolidate your offers the money you would save would not only help the environment but also increase profits for shareholders.

sometimes you send blank check books as a promotion to existing credit card holders to take some money from their credit card accounts. These books are wasteful, surely there is a more environmentally friendly way of offering this service? Maybe reduce the number of blank checks to 1 or 2? You must have some market data on how many blank checks most people use? Issuing any more than that is wasteful.
