Privacy Policy
This Consumer Change, LLC (“Consumer Change”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Privacy Policy (our “Policy”) was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our valued customers, and the companies, businesses and organizations they represent (collectively, “you”) as you access and use this Website (our “Website”). This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Consumer Change Website Use Agreement.
 
If you do not agree to this Policy, you should not use our Website. We may change this Policy from time to time and post those changes here. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changed Policy.
 
Consumer Change does not accept, and does not wish to receive, personal information from any individual under 18 years of age, any individual outside the United States of America, or any individual who may not legally enter into agreements.
 
Information Collection
When you visit the Website you provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us and Website use information collected by us as you interact with the Website.
 
When you register at the Website, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, your email address, your screen name, and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us in the profile section within the Website.
 
When you enter the Website, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all Website visitors.  In addition, we may store certain information from your browser using "cookies."  A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user.  We may also use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in.  These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser.  We may also use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you come back to the Website.
 
When you register at the Website and agree to the terms of the Consumer Change Website Use Agreement, you may set up your personal profile, submit Comments as defined in such Website Use Agreement and transmit information through various channels.  We may collect this information so that we can provide you services from the Website including personalized features.  
 
Although we have privacy measures that limit access to your pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.  We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information.  Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that Comments you post on the Website will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.  We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.  You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Comments may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your Comments.
 
Any improper collection or misuse of information on the Website should be reported to privacy@ConsumerChange.com. By using the Website, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.

The Website may contain links to other websites.  We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.  We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Website to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.  This Policy applies solely to information collected by Consumer Change.
 
Use of Information Obtained by Consumer Change
When you register at the Website and submit Comments, your Comments and user name, along with the date you submitted a Comment, are displayed on the Website.  We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding new services offered by us that we think you may find valuable. Consumer Change may send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the Website.
 
Generally, you may opt out of such announcements, though Consumer Change reserves the right to send you notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary notifications.  Consumer Change may use information in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties.
 
Changing or Removing Information
You may review the personal information you provide to Consumer Change and make any desired changes to the information at any time by logging in to your account and editing the information on the account profile page.
 
Security
